A project in line with the principles of sustainable development

The connection to the forest is central to the Cree culture. Therefore, Cree Lumber continues to rely on the sustainable forest management practices used by Waswanipi Mishtuk Corporation for the past 40 years. This allows us to responsibly use the region’s natural resources without depleting them; all the while tackling the challenges of climate change.
